PracticeQ started with the goal to improve the client onboarding experience. Once practices had a digital onboarding system, users started requesting to have more of their practice online, streamline other software they were using, and integrations to make running a practice and EHR a seamless experience.
In 2017, everything clicked. Cassio added dozens of features from a website booking widget, patient portal, prefill abilities, and more! Practices across the USA, Canada, and dozens of other countries used our software to run their day-to-day operations. Our development continues to be based on user feedback and industry security, with new updates every month!
In 2021, we renamed our practice management solution to PracticeQ to better illustrate the differences between our two offerings IntakeQ Forms and PracticeQ Practice Management. Since then, countless practices have continued growing and use PracticeQ on all devices in virtual and in-office clinics.

Keith has over 20 years of Healthcare Sales experience. He is dedicated to providing a great customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Keith enjoys most outdoor activities that he can do with his family and is an avid golfer.
Jessica is hands-on with everything marketing from our user group to guided videos. She is passionate about new technology, educating others, and working to automate processes. In her downtime, Jessica is usually reading, hiking, paddleboarding, or watching classic movies.
Philip is the Sales team lead here at IntakeQ. In addition to working with the sales team, he also works with our large enterprise accounts to ensure that all their needs are being met. He is passionate about building relationships with clients, is a huge people person and loves learning about how different practices operate. He is a big automotive enthusiast and loves driving, working on cars and going to car shows. He is also a musician and loves jamming, playing the piano and singing.
Ian is a chemical engineer by education but made the transition into the tech space due to his passion for software and technology. Being in a technical role for nearly a decade, he enjoys understanding workflows and technical problems down to the small details and enjoys helping others build their technical knowledge. Ian enjoys a wide array of outdoor activities with his family including biking, skiing, golfing, boating, and kayaking.
Ryan has a vast interest in anything related to technology. Being in a support role for multiple decades, he enjoys working with customers to resolve their issues and assist them in achieving their business goals. He also loves managing and assisting fellow employees so the team as a whole can function at its best. In his free time Ryan enjoys gaming, politics, entertainment, and hockey.
Cassio is the founder of PracticeQ. He’s a seasoned software engineer with a passion for creating great user experiences. Cassio enjoys family time, travel, technology and Canadian summers.
